The Lives and Rights Of Americans are in Danger!

Read with me excerpts of the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution, which is often overlooked as follows, but important to the current circumstances in which we now live.

Read carefully to understand that certain behaviors of our federal leadership which are not necessarily by the authority or within the bounds of the Constitution as originally written. There is a multitude for instances of executive orders by the presidents of both parties that may not necessarily be within the original bounds of the Constitution (other than to say an open federal position may be filled when the Congress when it is not in session. But that position is to be reviewed and approved when Congress returns to session.)

It is the opinion of this writer that there are grievous and a multitude of errors and offenses which have been made by this current federal leadership in the position of president and Congress. The question remains for what should the general public do about these wrongdoings?

We the people have been given a precious form of government. By our own ignorance or lack of attention, we have allowed the proper function of government to elude us. Now our government in some cases has become our own enemy. This is even to the case of free exercise of religion, the right to bear arms, and the right for a speedy trial. (There are those held in prison since the January 6, 2021, event which have not been legally charged, given proper medical attention, and not given due process in the court room. This is specifically against the Constitution.) It is also the case for the qualifications and proper maintenance of the person who holds the presidency.

This one-party rule has become a Kingship and not a Republic. It is a dictatorship by their own whims without any apparent means for which a member of the public can have any redress. See what our founding fathers thought about the bind in which they found themselves similar to our own ourselves. This may be about governing, but governing who or what? This is not a matter just of politics. This is a spiritual matter that reaches to all persons of good will and morals and ethics. Our situation is dire. Our solution is over the horizon. Our answer is in the hands of the Almighty God.

Follow me as we pay attention to the declaration of independence that brought about the creation of our nation and the reason it occurred:

“Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, – That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to then shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Deposition, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. …”

See now the words of our own Constitution and how it indicates the fear and problems under which we now live, but must address immediately:

“We the People of the you United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. …

… in Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall be devolved on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice Presidents, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected. …

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:  – “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”
