Fireworks, Music, and Dancing

All the world has celebrated! Muslims, atheists, a variety of other religions and cults, and Christians all joined together at the turning of the calendar. It is more than just the year changing to 2025. The irony is all the world joined together welcoming in the new year.

Here is an example of the Scripture saying every knee shall bow. We have observed global recognition of the most important event in the most important person in all of history. It is not just that the year has changed. It is a consistent recognition of how long it has been since Jesus was born. Why have we called 2025? The Gregorian calendar estimated what year it should be based on the entrance into humanity’s society when the Son of God was born.

They have tried to disguise periods of history by calling them common eras rather than saying before Christ (B.C.) or Anno Domini (A.D.) No matter how mankind finagled the situation the fact remains that on the evening of December 31 every nation, every religion, every tribe came together in unison celebrating how long it has been since Jesus was born. The exact number of centuries is incidental. It was calculated hundreds and hundreds of years ago using  the best possible information known at the time.

In a similar way but so much more glorious, all the world will bow before the King of Kings. There will come a time in which Jesus stands on this planet himself personally to rule over every nation and every society. Should they choose to resist, it will be to their misfortune. Jesus will be celebrated worldwide even with unbelievers bending their knees. Even so, we say Jesus come quickly! To all the world we say, “Happy 2025th year since Jesus was born.”
