I am offering an opportunity with your spouse that I called the camera exercise because it is like taking a snapshot of your relationship. The intention is to know your spouse better, see your spouse in a different way than you expect that person to appear, and verify how you relate to your spouse. There’s nothing magical about this exercise. It is just something that you can do out of the ordinary which might even be a little fun to do in private. Share with the other afterwards.
