Jesus is my Lord – Psalm 23

I’ll never  understand why God does what he does… I’m so unworthy…. So undeserving….. And yet he still does such marvelous things for me! I may not have it all, but I have enough. I am so thankful to serve and love him knowing he truly cares about me the way he does. I need not worry for my  well-being or my future. I can trust him because I  have no way to make me worthy of eternity without him. He does not just tolerate me. God has really made me more each day into the creature that he wants me to be. Every minute of my life is a token I give to him. My goal is to relax in his presence knowing he is there to defend me or to protect me. I can step into each day aware that his Spirit goes with me. I can smile, not because the world has given me happiness, but through it all I will be a victor.
