“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own site!”
As I write this blog, my heart is heavy. The above verse was written approximately 3000 years ago. As I look around at the behavior of people and circumstances that are unfolding, it is saddening.
In fact, it is more than saddening. Our world is turning into a wholesale mental institution. Craziness is everywhere. Contradictions are broadcast as facts. Politics is a way to manipulate and control how citizens think. Not too long ago but we thought was good was good and what we thought was evil was evil. Now as the world’s history unfolds, it became the opposite. Without truth and dedication to God, good has become bad and bad is could become good!
Political correctness is rampant. It has exploded into nonsense. To simplify the above Bible verse, we are living at a time of double standards. We are living at a time in which our guiding principles have become fluid and not static. We have politicians that think they Constitution should bend with every social whim. The same is true of the Bible. Our moral standards are based on emotions and desires instead of right and wrong.
Our civil rights are in danger. Our opportunities to worship freely are in danger. To hold and maintain an upright life as an example to our children is ridiculed.
The only explanation I can give is that this is on the edge of the end. Surely Jesus will return momentarily! The world is upside down and only he can right it. I truly believe that all the circumstances and all the fulfilled prophecies can only lead us to the conclusion that we are living second by second until the end of what we know as society.
Please do not take my blog as a conspirator or an alarmist. I simply observed what is happening and noticing what the Bible says will come to be.
Prepare yourselves and your children by accepting Christ as your Savior. Teach your children how the world has become corrupted. Guide them how to resist temptation. Show them by example what it is to dedicate yourself to the heavenly father. If you do this, there is no reason to be afraid or concerned. There is reason to be happy knowing that Jesus will come back and make everything right. He said, for his believers, he has prepared a place for all eternity.
Be wise, be smart, be true to yourself, be true to God, and be true to your principals.
